AFAIK, same as you throw away other electronic stuff such as computers, oven, etc..
Let the garbage collector handle it.

mas ok kung sa tamang recovery facility mo dalhin. alam ko yung mga malls may events for that kind of stuff, and you might even earn from that as well.

sir try mo sa mga big sm malls like MOA and Northedsa. they have a trade-in your trash for a grocery coupon. From what i know every sat and sunday morning they have a booth in moa in-front of imax theater.
