Topic: Repair of Oppo DVD Player

Have a 2 yr old oppo 980 DVD player and it has started to freeze when playing DVDs. I tried lens cleaners but the problem persists. Any suggestions where I can have it checked/serviced?

For those who have similar models, did you encounter this issue this early in the life of your oppo? I don't use it heavily (at most 1-2 DVDs/week lang). Mostly I use orig DVDsv pa. Thanks.

I use to have that player as well with no hang-up problems.  I would suggest that you ask Oppo support, ([email protected])for troubleshooting.  They're pretty responsive sir.  Baka kailangan din lang pong mag-upload ng firmware ulit.
