An interesting tidbit I found when I re-watched "The Last of the Mohicans" was that the actress playing the sister of Madeline Stowe played the witch that Cersei asked for a prediction.
The actress is Jodhi May.

Game of Thrones Spinoffs Will be Big Budget Out of the Gate

As Game of Thrones enters its final season in 2019, HBO is already looking to keep the hype going for the epic fantasy franchise with the planned spinoffs having big budgets from the word go.

At the INTV conference in Israel, Francesca Orsi, HBO Senior VP of Drama, said (via THR) during the panel “The Best of HBO” that the spinoffs will have budgets that come close to what the current series gets, and that they will go over what the media company spent on the early seasons of Game of Thrones.

“$50 million (per season) would never fly for what we are trying to do. We are going big.”

Orsi added “it feels like corporate malfeasance to not continue it,” restating the premium cable network’s announcement in 2017 to develop multiple spinoffs for the show.

Max Borenstein (Kong: Skull Island), Jane Goldman (Kick-Ass), Brian Helgeland (Legend) and Carly Wray (The Leftovers) along with A Song of Ice and Fire writer George R.R. Martin were tapped to work on spinoff ideas.

Orsi also noted that the final season of Game of Thrones should live up to expectations, citing the table read for the last episodes being “a really powerful moment in our lives and our career.”

“None of the cast had received the scripts prior, and one by one they started to fall down to their deaths. By the end, the last few words on the final script, the tears just started falling down. Then there was applause that lasted 15 minutes.”

Since we're not getting this until next year, I've been getting my fix watching "plot leak" videos around YouTube. They're all most likely just fake, fan fiction with educated guesses.

HOWEVER, there is one plot leak that make so much sense and this was leaked by a YouTuber known as "Frikidoctor" and he lives in Spain where some of GoT is filmed. He has leaked a lot of Season 7 and was mostly correct so he's somewhat reliable. He couldn't get any info on the rest of the plots because security is tighter now but he did get this one key tidbit from the finale. I will block it with spoiler tags. I've been aching to talk about this with someone!

According to this source, Tyrion will be put on trial for betraying Jon and Dany.....and will likely be put to death! I didn't want to believe it but I keep thinking and thinking....it kind of fits!

Why were Tyrion's plans for Dany in Season 7 all failures? Did Tyrion become dumb all of a sudden? No. He was playing the game! He is still loyal to his family! Remember: A LANNISTER ALWAYS PAYS HIS DEBTS. That's a recurring theme. Tyrion feels responsible for Tommen's and Myrcella's deaths....and he loved them and as much as he hates Cersei, he feels he at least owed her that.

He was already put on trial twice for crimes he didn't commit twice before and escaped/survived. He will not escape/survive this one.

This is, I guess, GRRM's final stab at our hearts! A lot of people's beloved and favorite character dying a traitor.

^ Hmm, sounds just about right or the very least, likely.

I've already made up more than a few "likely endings & scenarios" for more than a few GoT characters - how it would all end ......... and Tyrion is the one character that I have some difficulty on how it ends for him.

I just know that when it does end for him, he'll deliver some of the best lines of the series.

https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/game-thrones-prequel-josh-whitehouse-joins-naomi-watts-hbo-pilot-cast-1156799?utm_source=twitter

The Game of Thrones prequel has enlisted another actor: Josh Whitehouse.

Whitehouse, best known for his work as Hugh Armitage on Masterpiece's Poldark, as well as his upcoming turn in the remake of Valley Girl playing the role originated by Nicolas Cage, will be joining the cast of HBO's upcoming successor show to Game of Thrones. There are no current details on the character he's playing; it's described as a key role, though not the central male lead.

Game of Thrones reunion special confirmed, details revealed

The Game of Thrones reunion special is definitely happening, and now we’ve learned how and when you can see it.

As EW previously reported, a special was shot in Belfast earlier this year with the cast of GoT — including actors who have long since departed the show such as Sean Bean. Conan O’Brien served as host.

HBO would not previously confirm the special, but is now doing so.

The special will not, however, actually air on the network.

Instead, we’re told the reunion will be featured exclusively on a new Game of Thrones complete series home video box set that will package together seasons 1-8 for the first time.

The box set will be sometime in 2019, albeit obviously after the final season airs.

I think Bran is more Three-Eyed Raven than a Stark so hindi siya kasama sa teaser. There's also the possibility that this is set up like a Bran vision, him telling his siblings something. Or they thought bringing him down on a wheelchair is too cumbersome.  I don't think this means Bran is the Night King.

Season 8 Official Teaser Trailer - Crypts of Winterfell

https://youtu.be/wA38GCX4Tb0

Final season starts on April 14, 2019.

I think the same feather is what Sansa picked up from the crypts in one of the previous seasons, which could well be what Robert Baratheon left way back in season 1.

Do you guys recall that in the preview to season 6 (or 7?), many still living characters were put in the hall of masks of but these characters didn't die?
