Hey patring, sorry but I think BestBuy does not ship internationally.... YET!
Here's their shipping policy:

BestBuy.com currently ships to all U.S. residential and business addresses, U.S. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPOs, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. However, online products cannot be shipped to a Best Buy store. We do not offer international shipping. For APO/FPO addresses, please enter APO/FPO as the city, the correct U.S. state (NY, FL, or CA) and your APO/FPO ZIP code.

It was interesting to know how DVD sale changes... its not so long ago it is a "big"" impact for the 2 for $20.. now adays... DVD sale goes to $3.88 each...
