The Next Three Days (2010) - John Brennan (Crow) is married to Lara (Elizabeth Banks) who was accused of murdering her boss. She gets jail time and John vows to get his wife out. The bulk of the story centered on the planning of the prison break and eventually the edge of the seat breakout.

This movie was sitting on my shelf since I bought it and I have never thought that I had a gem in my collection. This is one of the powerful performances of Russel Crow. Director Paul Haggis was able to deliver gripping suspense throughout the movie. Elizabeth Banks need to be mentioned as having played her part well. Liam Neeson although was in the actor line up only played a very minor role. The only thing that was questionable was how an untrained schoolteacher handle and fire a gun expertly without any prior experience.

Nevertheless, overall the movie was simply brilliant!

Days ago

'Man of Steel' ulit , and finally first time ever viewing of 'Iron Man 3'... skipped the cinema showing. Ok naman ang movie para sa akin at the same time dissapointing din, bittersweet... because of the Mandarin Twist. i understand the dissapointiment BUT i still like it, i enjoyed it

Funny also. 8.5/10 for me. i find this movie very different from 1 and 2, parang medyo stand alone iron man movie ang dating sa akin. Pero astig talaga si iron man eh, very cool and flashy and slick, lalo pa na si RDJ ang gumaganap, iba talaga charisma ni RDJ.
