Does the Internal HDD of the 1055+ need to be formatted with fat32? Or kaya nya mag read ng NTFS?

mga sir tanung lang nakalagay kasi sa kaiboer website para sa h1055 plus "Support customize the GUI as OEM/ODM" anu ho ibig sabihin nito?

Sirs, I just bought a Kaiboer H1055 as my 2nd NMT (other one is the old Egreat).

Need help lang po:

1. Talaga po bang hindi nya sort by folder? Lahat ng movies sa isang HDD ang lilista nya sa menu....sama sama lahat ng movies from different folders in the HDD?

2. When I forward or rewind a movie to a certain point, and then start to play at that point, the movie moves fast, parang naka-fast forward na....parang Charlie Chaplin movie ba if you get what I mean. Even if I press STOP, then PLAY again...naka-fast forward ang speed. Only way to stop it is to restart/ watch the movie again from the very beginning. Paano ba dapat sir?

3. Saan po makaak-download ng user manual nito na English?

na out of budget ako dito after i purchase netbook u230...i will try to purchase this next month..sana madami pa stocks hehehe...

@ricky, sir thanks for the replies...sige mamya check ko yung Play/Pause kung ganun nga....pero kanina kase talagang FF parin sya kahit play stop play stop ako.

regarding sa folder....it works nga kung ganun....view via File Manager. Ganun na nga lang. Nasanay kse ako sa Egreat na yung Movie icon ang pinipress ko pag manonood ako ng movie.

yung sa manual...di ko napansin yun CD kung meron hehe...sige sir check ko kung may CD.

I'm confused bro ricky...does this really happen to your unit's remote? Mine is perfectly responding. 2-3X more responsive than my xtreamer. Rivaling the response of my trusty old EG-31B!

Literally, you can customize the gui to reflect the look that you want (especially if you're selling a lot of them under your own brand). The easiest way is to change the startup logo hehehe.

Bro yup grabe very frustrating itong remote, kung akin ito ibinato ko na

buti na lang kay ate, gusto nya cheapest nmt lang

yung xtreamer ng kids ko ok na ok, super responsive

kahit maliit yung buttons. Problem lang kaya ng unit? Gusto ko sana ibalik sa seller pero nun tinest naman sa store ok naman kasi pero sa bahay hindi na. dapat laging nakatutok sa main unit para umubra. Wait ko na lang magcomplain si ate bago ko ibalik

But infairness nabasa nya yung bd file without any problem

whe you press ff to 4x for instance, press mo rin yung rew up to 4x. you'll see yung 1x (normal speed), then press play.

Firestorm if you do that, I promise I wouldn't help you recover files or restore the HDDs. hehehe. It's a practical idea but in actual application, it sucks and can mysteriously make the files inaccessible or the HDD contents unreadable! Yeah, can but DON'T do..hehehe

yep ganun nga sir ginagawa ko binabalik ko sa 1X....ayaw parin mabilis parin parang naka FF.

only solution is to stop and play again from the start. Baka nga lemon etong nakuha ko a unit papalitan ko nalang. Thanks...

Sir, question (wala pa akong Kaiboer so just asking)... kunyari wala akong PC, so meaning it would not be advisable na mag transfer/delete/copy files from a portable harddrive tapos dun sa internal harddrive for the kaiboer?

Kasi ang balak ko sana is lagyan ko sya internal HD, let's say mga 1TB, preloaded na with movies... tapos let say after some time, may mga ayoko ng movies and gusto ko na palitan, palitan ko sana yung movies by plugging in another portable HD na may files, tapos delete/copy nalang gagawin ko.... (assuming na wala akong PC, or tamad lang ako, hehehe...)

Yup...yup....in fact at most times except for the network capability of the Xtreamer, I often feel it's better....BTW...as with ESi, my remote is faster and more responsive than my Xteamer...it's at par with my HDPro remote(which is also signal efficient).

I used brand new batteries from my remote, and not use the now ubiquitous often free cheap china batteries.( I was able to request for a pair..he-he)

I bought my H1055 6 weeks ago and have not encountered problems with the FF and RW buttons. I just press the ||> (pause/play) button to resume play. Btw, I use energizer batteries.

I also updated to the new FW ver 20101115 and noticed that the video not longer occupy the whole screen of my 37" LCD TV. About 1" black spaces occupy the perimeters on 4:3 screen setup. A 16:9 setupwould have the same 1" black space on the L-R portions. I did not notice this on the old FW ver 20101022.

Can anyone confirm if the 20101022 version also have the same problem before I revert to the default version?

No more video aspect ratio problems with the new FW ver 20101115. I just pressed the system defaults. and rebooted and voila... no more black spaces on the perimeter screen. Faster search and browsing than usual. The FW pdf attachment also said enhanced DTS-HD MA passthru but unable to confirm as I only have a Pro-LogicII AVR. Very nice PQ than my HDPro.
