Will Sns Replace?

I have been observing the Tosh 40cv700 i bought from Sns last December and what I have been noticing is that the blurring / ghosting / smearing happens after 30 minutes of watching a HD movie or playing on Xbox 360. Don't get me wrong. It seems that when the panel gets hot, the problem worsens. SnS has great aftersale service and their price is unbeatable. I just want to know if it would be possible to have this replaced. I am quite dissatisfied with this unit, but not with Sns (this is the 2nd unit a bought from them in four years).

Contact the vendor/supplier directly.  No one else can answer your question but SNS.

this is a buyer and vendor issue. as other members have suggested. just call the vendoe directly. locking thread.
