may mga mkv files akong ganun...out of sync yung audio nya...aint sure kung anu yung specific audio niya...nakakairita lang kasing tingnan lalo na yung dialogue scenes para kang nanunuod ng Korea nobela!wahaha!!check ko nga uli kung alin yun.

meron bang bagong firmware update?im sorry kasi never pa kong nagupdate nung firmware nung amin eh...katakot...hehe

bought this last month on SnS for 20k, I am happy and contented with my LA32d550, lahat ng mkv ko napla-play nya yung sounds and all my korean movies e kuha nya yung sustitles

medyo nalulungkot lang ako dahil nawawala yung time kapag tatanggalin ko sa saksak yung tv, kailagan mo ulit i-set

mula nung umuwi ako sa bahay lampas 1 month na siyang pag gising sa umaga bukas na ang tv kinagabihan na siya magpapahinga...for short maghapon siyang bukas..gang ngayon ayus na ayus pa rin siya...

Ive read the whole thread. i have questions.

im planning to buy the 40D550. hows the performance? planning to use this as a monitor for my laptop. im also planning to use this for gaming, movies (through laptop). is the refresh rate enough for gaming, or the 37D5000 better? im also considering the LG 42LK450.

is it possible to return back to where you last left (movie scene) if i watch a movie (.mkv) using a usb, and i change the source to tv, then return back to the movie (via usb)?

this is just purely tv and an external hdd.

sa 5k na difference mas okay ba mag LED? or sayang lang yung 5k? kasi backlight and manipis yung tv lang naman ang pinagkaiba nilang 2

go with the 37version not 32 or 40 prone to bleed

ano po masasabi nyo sa cable TV reception ng 40d550? ok po ba ang reception or mas better choice ang 43d450 plasma TV for cable TV viewing?

kung cable lang ang tv mo go with plasma

but if you have BD - NMT - MT - PS3 - and other HD devices i would ask you to get the 40d550

Thanks for the advise sir, I ended up buying 40D550 with free blu ray in SM Makati yesterday. they had additional 5% discount for BDO rewards users

Marami din pala nahirapan magdecide between D550 and D5000. Yung overall contrast lang sana hinahabol ko sa Edge LED kaso dami ko rin nabasa about sa Backlight Bleeding. Kung full array lang sana ang mga TV nowadays.. Anyway, like some of you guys here, I am also very OC pagdating sa malilit na detalye ng gamit ko and I was planning to get a LCD TV / LED TV pero parang mas wala ako magiging problema sa 32D550. Tanong ko na rin kung kamusta naman ang contrast ng D550? Wala pa kasi ako time para pumunta sa mall at iaudition ang 32D550 at 32D5000.

Been using my trustee 32D550 for almost 3 months now. So far so good, it never turned me down lalo na kapag may visitors. Hehe. Literal na bugbog to sa araw-araw, 20+ hours of use everyday from simple Cable TV to USB Movie watching. Haven't had the chance to upgrade the FW though. Baka masira ko pa eh. Hehe.
