The final season of Person of Interest will have episodes being aired twice weekly for the entire month of May (including one week having 3 new episodes), before it resumes to a weekly schedule in June --gee thanks, CBS, for really wanting to get rid of this show so quickly.

Not only that, he's actually responsible for the Machine being too passive--as Root keeps saying repeatedly, he should let the Machine react to effectively defend it from Samaritan's attacks, but Finch keeps refusing to do so. But that might change soon, as Elias obviously hit a nerve during his last conversation with Finch.

As for that last episode ... go, Shaw, go!

Same here ... amazing ending to a packed episode, and that ending mirrored the ending of the pilot episode. And at last, Fusco's white dotted box turned yellow like everyone else on the team.

If only that final scene were the series finale ... one can only hope they'll still be complete by the time the finale ends. I think Bear survives though.

There are 4 more episodes to go: one will be aired today, and the series returns to a weekly broadcast schedule for the final 3 episodes starting next week:

Anybody knows what happened to Control? She was almost considered an ally by Finch. As far as I recall, we never had closure on what happened to her.

I was very satisfied with the series finale. Except for one thing I didn't like, it was a good way for the series to end--will really miss this show.
