Technics Digital Tuner, channel alignment problem.

Hello Guys, I Need your help/advise regarding for my tuner. My Tuner captured all AM/FM Local station but not properly aligned to its corresponding channel,. Example: for FM, 89.10Mhz was tuned 89.20Mhz on Stereo Mode, 89.90 tuned 90.00, 91.70 tuned 91.80, 93.10 tuned 93.20,. Merun po siya palagi x 20Mhz. bago siya mag tuned to stereo mode... ::) ???.

Please i need your seek assistance and or procedure on how to resolve this problem. Marami Salamat po.

tignan mo sa backpanel kung meron switch na maliit.

Bro, merun sya switch kaya lang for AM frequency adjust lang, for 5Khz - 10Khz swtich.

if you know diy electronics you can align it yourself based on the service manual which you can get online. problema lang minsan kasingmahal ng unit yung service manual.  :P

kung malakas loob mo and willing to take the risk, play around with the small trimmer resistors/variable capacitors. NOTE: DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED TO DIY NOOBS.

Thanks for the info bro markcrenz, medyo risky yung pag re-alignment sa mga variables at trimmers :o. try ko mag searce sa web baka maka kuha ng alignment procedure.

Sir kapag ok yung sound reproduction or crystal clear yung signal niya, "As Is" nalang yan para hindi kana mag align kasi parang mahirap mag align eh  ;D

If I were you I wouldn't touch those TRIMCAPs... If you do specially yong para sa crystal reference clock generator, magsisisi ka  he he he.  You need frequency counter and most impt the service manual of your unit, if wala, leave it as-is if you can live with it...
To fix things...learn how they works
