Little Chatty namin nabili pero isang unit lang ng ES yun.... btw got info from a shop that baka next week meron daw dating..

3 months ago, I got a Sony CDP-611 with DSP functions from the Port area. Any feedback on this model? I cant seem to find manufacturing date/ and all the other info from the Internet.

Any help is appreciated.

TY sa info. Binuksan ko iyung CDP-X33ES ngayon ... medyo nadismaya ako. Iyung DAC parehas din pala nung entry level na CDP-M11 ko. Iyung application notes nung CXD2552Q, ganun iyung sirketo niya. Kaya pala iyung mod ko sa CDP-M11 + CD clock (sarap magdagdag neto) baka papantay na sa CDP-X33ES.

Guys,

Went to supermarket with Jetok, punk kid, & wanderlust to scout CDP again and got Victor and Technics models.. as for lastest shipment wala pa dumating.

Nasa solder side kasi kaya hindi visible iyung DAC. Mas maganda tunog naman nito kaysa iyung CDP-M11 ko (wish ko lang na paparehas na ng tunog sa dami ng pinaghirapan ko). Anyway, kumusta iyung 501es mo? Wala bang problema?

Depend sa model yun optical or coax.. yun Victor have digital out.

hans told me na pwede yung universal rc nya sa victor.  will borrow it from him then try ko sa cdp ko.  :)

Hindi pala ganoong kadali ... hindi pa rin parehas tunog ng M11 sa X33ES kahit na mod na. Ano pa kaya puwedeng gawin

Increase rail voltage and increase gain of op-amp (make it closer to rail voltage). Use precision resistor 0.01% before DC blocking cap for voltage divider (note to ensure +/-2V output voltage to pre-amp/integrated amp
