Topic: Help me to decide - plasma 3d or led tv

Mga sir i need your advice, mag uupgrade kasi ako. May nakita kasi akong samsung plasma 3d na samsung 43" na. Kaso an sabi sakin mas maganda daw ang led tv kasi mas makaka save sa power consumption pero hindi nga lang 3d.

Should i go for the plasma 3d or led tv (not 3d)?

plasma definitely consumes much more power vs LCD or LED tvs. BUT if you can afford to buy a flat panel TV, then it really won't hurt your pocket too much.

each flat panel type has its strengths and weaknesses. plasmas are great for movie-viewing.

are you particularly interested in the 3D feature?

I would choose the plasma. If you choose to dive into 3D, at least you are capable to do so. Plasma consumes more power. But unless you watch 24/7...then the difference is really negligible.

Yes sir 3d movie at gaming ang habol para ibang experience naman. Ok b sir yung lg na plasma 42 inches? Yun kasi target ko. Tnx!

plasma TVs work like having a million tiny bulbs on the panel. so once a few burns out, it's bye bye for the entire plasma. however, it should take a loooong time before that happens.

i've been using a p42c10 for almost two years sa ps3, 95% games 5% movies and never encountered major issues. during my mgs4 days ihi lang ang pahinga :-)
