So I bought the ICollect Movies Pro from the appstore made by Hooked in Motion.

It has multiple scan / add functions when adding your dvds / bds,
Bulk Barcode Scan - multiple item scanning (easy breezy)
Single Barcode Scan
Manual Barcode Scan - for those not in database
Database Search
Using the Bulk barcode scan was so easy and fast... but most region 3 dvds aren't in their system and those need to be encoded manually. For other regions, you wont have problems and scanning them was very convenient.
Dvd listing can be text type or bookshelf type with pictures (looks like ibooks) and it also has coverflow.
App is effective and easy to use.
You can backup your collection via app to their database on the web for free which is useful if ur planning to delete the app and later reinstall it.
you can input as much info as you like in each item (tho only the rare OCD here and there would have the time to customize each dvd in your collection)
The problem is sorting.
If you would like to know how much youve spent on collection (and encoded their prices) you wouldnt have this feature on this app. Sorting pretty much is alphabetical and if dvd or bd.
still leaves me wanting.
App is $2.99
