gaaano katagal ang shipping ng boxes nyo from the day POBox received the items at their warehouse?

just want to know their estimated processing time kasi it's my first time using their service. below is my recent experience.

1st box
- item delivered to PO Box warehouse as per vendor's shipment tracking and also noted in PO Box website
- received billing statement 5 days later after few follow up emails
- paid the billing on the same day it was issued
- the box was sent 6 days later
TOTAL of 11 days from receiving to shipping. di pa kasali ang shipping time ng vendor dito ;D

2nd box
- item received Nov 4, FRI (vendors shipment tracking) but noted in PO Box website as received on Nov, 7 MON
- no billing statement received yet until todate

both boxes were noted to be shipped ASAP to pinas.

what are your experience?

sa akin more or less mga 10 days nga, from the time i get the item, if isang item lang tapos ship na. pero i tend to consolidate, so from the time i ask for billing to date shipped, mga 4-6 days. the trick is to ensure you have it by their cut off day for shipping which is wednesday (i think...) so if they receive your payment confirmation by tuesday technically pasok agad sa wednesday pickup nila.

Parang wala ka magawa to speed up shipmemt after they receive payment. Problem is to get their billing asap. Sa experience ko, padala ka lang email kay [email protected] and within 24 hrs, may billing. Very efficient siya

my point of contact is only celine kaso ganon pa rin. i'm still waiting for the billing statement of the 2nd box so i can pay now and they can ship it next week.

what else should i do? don't want to be so kulit by sending emails again and again.

In my part almost 2 months ang waiting time after ko order yung product. Nakarating naman ng ok lahat ng pinapadala ko sa kanila and no problems so far.

Parang may extra charge if the item is electronic and costs more than $1000. Parang additional $30.

I have yet to see big markdowns on avrs during black friday sale. Sa Emotiva power amps bro baka me 20% off ulit just like last year.  ;)

an update of my 2nd box.
received billing statement - Nov 15

ETD of boat - Nov 18

Summary: from Nov 4 (item received at warehouse) to Nov 18 (box shipped) = 14 days
di pa kasama ang 5 days delivery from vendor and 6-8 weeks transit time to manila + how many days pa kaya darating sa province

+1 on this inquiry. I've only used pobox twice but never really shipped out any electronic item like gadgets, etc.

Sir waxx, basta may electronic item na more than 150 dollars charge sila ng 30 dollar tariff.

To those who've used pobox.ph for shipping their Amazon orders to the Philippines:

Can they check if the items they receive have suffered damages?

I once ordered a PS3 from Amazon, had it delivered to my friend so that she can send it to me via JAC. Good thing I asked her to check the package first because the PS3 arrived at her doorstep damaged; so I arranged for a replacement from Amazon (which I received right away).

I don't think they do this. The only one I know who does this is toy01.

Hmm...that's unfortunate. I wouldn't want to order and ship expensive items without knowing the condition of the package first.

It's a risk that some people take, especially when there is a huge price difference.

A few companies, like Emotiva, will test the product before shipping but that's very rare.

Totally get that but as I said, I don't want the example I gave above to happen. What use is a banged up product? Mind you, the PS3 itself was damaged, not just the box.

If it were only the box that was damaged, I can let that go.

Leon, did you buy it new from amazon? Kasi they also have refurbished items right. Katakot naman yun experience mo if brand new item unless na-damage siya while being shipped.

Pack and ship lang talaga.

one thing good about amazon is.. they will readily replace that defective item.. as long as you report it to them properly.. and the return window, they can adjust naman...
