Thanks, curious  to know if same Lang na hsbs or fsbs sa pch, is it 720p or 1080p indicated in your info display when pressed while playing your 3d mkv ?

Good to hear realtek can Play 3d like pch, so ok naman pala.

Would be good if we can qualify Advantage ng pch over realtek sa 3d playback, Kung meron man ---

update lang mga sirs, natry ko na magplay ng 3D mkv to my a.c.ryan nmt, SBS yung file type ng mkv, and I'm glad to share that it played flawlessly, almost comparable na to my 3D blu-ray, in this case mukang hindi ko pa kailangan palitan nmt ko to pch. maraming salamat sa info niyo mga sirs.

You referring to xtreamer's latest firmware update (ordinary xtreamer with latest firmware) or the prodigy? I have the former and wants to know if Prodigy is the only way for 3D. Though others NMTs can play medyo trial n error pa din gagawin ko.

The only confirmed media player capable of playing back FULL 3D (2 x 1080p streams) is the Himedia 900.

However it can NOT do full BD Menu playback so all you get is the main feature.

HDMI 1.4 offers the bandwidth needed to display 2 x 1080p streams but there's also other features like ARC (Audio Return Channel) and Ethernet which isn't implemented yet in any media player.

This may be OT, but something that I want to have on my next NMT purchase.  I'm eyeing the Prodigy to replace my old and reliable NMT.  I just want to ask if how you can categorize if a player is capable of full BD menu playback.  My current player is able to show all the menus and drop-down to sub-menus, and able to play all features listed in the menu besides the main feature.  I've pasted below some screenshots for  your reference, let me know if that is already categorized as full BD menu playback or not.  TIA

The screenshots are typical of AVCHD type discs. Lots of demo discs and even concerts use them because a real BD Menu costs $$$$ to make hence are reserved for big budget hollywood productions.

At the moment, the only media players capable of BD Menus are PCH, Egreat & Dune media players based on the Sigma 864x chipset because they are really the same SOC (System on a Chip) used in standalone bluray players.

EGreat R300 / Egreat R200 made for 3d market, (comes with HDMI 1.4 port and cable).  But since I have yet to grab 3d display waiting for further price drop, (if may good deals i am eyeing lG for its light glasses, or active glasses na plasma). I have yet to confirm if it can do 2 x 1080p as i dont have materials nor 3D display pa (nasaan ka ba santa claus?)

EPSON 3D 3010model is coming later dis month. to play 3D, were planning to buy #D capable NMT, so..

1. anong NMT u suggest guys?
2. may problema kaya if i connect NMT HDMI output to a ONKYO  "non 3D compliant" to EPSON? or NMT deretso PJ na dpat?

share ko lang. i'm using LG42LW5000 3D LED Tv + Egreat R200. when i played a download 3D mkv file format basta i set ko lang sa LG ko yung 3D option ok naman sya. except lang un main menu ng r200 minsan lumalaki pero once na play mo na yung 3d file movie ok na. naiisip ko nga kuong need ko pa ba iupgrade un 3D NMT player pero not sure kung ano un improvements. kailangan ko ng may magdemo para makadecide at ma share ko un difference. hehe..
