Hello po.

Where can we buy the keyboard and wi-fi dongle for the Med500X2?

Also, is anybody here having problems with the HDD inside your Med500X2 when connected via USB3 on your laptop? My 500X2's HDD can not be detected and my computer will show "not responding". Although, the 500X2 can play the files on the HDD without problem. I just don't have any way to transfer files to the 500X2 anymore because of this problem.

Have you tried plugging it in and running a partition editor or partition management? Hopefully it's just a corrupted partition.

Guy better go back to FW Ver 2.0.4. Version 2.0.6 has a bug in it which causes files to be converted to folders. Check the Mede8er forum. The company actually recommends downgrading.

It happened to our 500X2 last month, we brought it to the supplier, they tested the unit and it was just the power supply/adapter and it was immediately replaced, no questions asked.

Guys tanung ko lang kapag nag installed ako ng loaded 2TB HDD sa mede8er 500x2 irereformat ba niya yun hdd o automatic na mareread yun HDD??

mga boss, ok po ba exp niyo sa med8er brand? nakaka encounter ba kayo ng lag when playing HD movies?

what po marerecommend niyo na model saken?

for HD movies talaga yung hinahanap kong media player. i bought a player kasi na naghahang na kapag malalaking files na ang naka play.. nakakadisappoint.. buti pa yung built in media player ng TV ko, di naghahang.. problema lang kasi sa built in ko, walang subs.. eh usually kasi anime din pinapanuod ko..

any suggestion pls? thanks!

I think best thing to do is get a handful of your "best" animes and test it in a shop. Sort of an audition, but for players

+1 there are a few cases sa anime that just wont show all sub formats. Para di ka disappointed sa planned by mo, test mo thoroughly. ready mo folder mo of all samples and test mo sa VLC, if its shows in VLC, it should show sa player.
