Thanks!!! Was not expecting the phono inputs on Asian model. Wala kasi nito sa US model. I'm now looking for a good but cheap TT. Got huge collection of vinyl from my Dad. Another gastos. Hehehe.

Thanks. Still not sure if I will use my old surround speakers for presence speakers. Can't use as surround back since my couch is against the wall. Any advice?

Once properly calibrated I can say yes. Reason is that I don't have any place to set it up on ear level. Surround speakers should also work when you set it up to reflect sound through the wall and not directly pointed to the listener. Though I did not implement this type of setup. The room is not primarily designed for HT purposes (living room and dining room) so the speaker placement is based on the room aesthetic but calibrated to meet at least the basics. I was supposed to sell the receiver but decided to use it in the living room.

If you are referring to the bedroom for the fronts and center, same thing. I don't have a space to set it up on ear level tough all are pointed down towards the listener's sweet spot.
