If budget is an issue mga bosing, i'd go for an amx amp. Sound wise, galing, you can't go wrong with this.

Congrats ulit PANALO yan AMX 8 watts SET amp mo!! BEST BUY!!

Love the naturalness of your amp the crisp clear high, mids (vocals ) na expected sa mga SET amp andun lalo na when you hook it up sa TODO preamp galing maganda ito sa critical listening.. napa-bilib ako talaga driving your MS 908 with gusto!! with no sign na hirap yun amp music plays with easy pa rin open na open.. i suggest play with some IC cable magugulat ka sa result.. wider and more depth soundstage.

Pre kung magbago isip mo dito lang ako..

Pre was able to hear the Triangle titus kay Master Hyper mukhang broken in na bookshelf tapos drive by Antique Sound lab 2A3 SET!! kala namin ni Akyat naka-sub and push pull na amp..

amx el34 super triode

this is the amp, but in the pic i made a foolish newbie mistake of replacing the sexy-bottle RCA 5u4g rectifier tube with a 5ar4.... good thing i was properly warned.

the sound is quite amazing, esp. for the price... i'm no tube expert, i've only used ss amps in the past (i've had 11)... with ears accustomed to ss sound, my initial impression was softer treble and fuller vocals... at first i thought the treble was rolled off, but later i realized i wasn't losing any detail, in fact... hmmm... the background instruments seem to be coming from deeper or farther into the wall but they are still distinct... somehow i was expecting this about a single-ended tube amp -- lots of detail and musical at the same time.

the power handling was a surprise... maybe its the oversize trafos or the super triode connection but the amp can drive my MS-908's like a higher powered push-pull amp... even some ss amps have trouble driving the 10" woofers, but i didn't lose the tight bottom end when playing a little above my comfort zone... i did get to its limit though, as i have with some ss amps.
