tama si koya. depende sa circuit coz yung duntonic na el84 ni new_age mabilis at pwedeng pwede pang rock.

Iyong AMX EL84 + "Killer" passive linestage - panalo sa rock.

90% rock music ang piniplay ko.

Led Zep, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Cream/Eric Clapton, Allman Bros. etc

Iyong Pioneer Int Amp at Rotel RB-03 amp, hindi ko ginagamit, mas maganda kasi ang AMX EL84.

OK rin ito sa hip-hop at dance, DR Dre, Tupac, Madonna (Greatest hits 2/confessions), Eminem etc
Galing ng bass, talagang bumabanat ang REL sub.

Im selling mine. It has a good sound but low gain. If you have a powerful amp then it wont be a problem.

After more than 2 weeks with my amx el84 here is my findings.
sound quality is better after break in for a peiod of one week na walang patayan. sound is even better after i replace my speaker cables (internal and external), i am using MQ quarts bookshelf, more details and natural sounds now ( i cant believe my mbq will sound like that, there are details compare to ss amp that is used before. i am more satisfied).

my recommendation, break in your tube amp for a period of time (5-7 days of playing is enough, i guess). then replace those speaker cable with a better quality cable.

We can always build you a pair no problem. the one now in store is reserved. But no problem we are building another pair. 4 ohms tap is always available. Either prewired , switch selector or extra binding post.

Sirs, Nothing i can say with my new AMX el84. I had it almost a week, and i also a week of sleepless nights listening to my new toy. sweet sounding and very smooth talaga. And now im trying to have a new set of speaker for my new toy.

Guys, Would you help me find a speaker that would greatly fit my amp, the budget friendly speakers only. Its like buying a new shoes and a new sock for a pair.
