either you replace your receiver with one that has hdmi, or you connect your sound card to your receiver via audio-in cables.

Connect your computer to your TV using HDMI or component plus left and right audio. Use your TV's audio out (Left and Right: yung RCA red and white) connect it to your AVR's audio in, mamili ka na lang nang gusto mong in.

Asus, Creative, auzentech. Usually soundcards having this feature, they'd be around 4k and up? or maybe higher. i don't really pay attention to sound cards for my pc. I use a DAC and connect it to the USB slot (cheaper solution for me).

Creative Soundblaster and Asus Xonar are good sound cards to get. I suggest avoiding CD-R King's external USB sound cards.
