How to Know the Region Code of your Laptop?
« on: May 06, 2012 at 06:16 PM »
I'm planning to purchase a laptop with a BD optical drive. Does anyone know how to check the region code of the laptop on a Windows 7 OS?  Thank you.

open mo explorer ng laptop.makikita mo dun.local disk(C:/D:) at yung BD drive
tick mo at right click mo ung BD drive at punta ka sa properties.
makikita mo sa sub folder yung:
General/Hardware/Sharing/Customize/Recording

General/BD Region/Volume/Driver/Details

There's a new software for windows and Mac that has no region zones so you can put in any Blu-ray from anywhere around the world. Plus you can screenshot images straight from the movie.
It costs $60
