Sherwood AV Receivers

Any feedback on sherwood products?  I am really on a budget.  This receiver looks like a good buy to me.  I can get it for 9.7K brand new from the US..I already have a pioneer 515(or 525.I am in the office so I don't have the model) and a 31 inch sharp TV...just need a receiver!

Regarding this specific product wala akong Idea. pero sa car audio amplifier friend ko merong sherwood amp, ganda tumunog.

AV Receiver Sherwood R965!

 :)For the moment I am in France but I'll be in manila for a couple of days in 4 weeks and I'd like to take advantage for buying a home theater. It would be used 70%  for music and 30% for movies.
I read many good things regarding The AVR Sherwood Newcastle R 965 for their audio part and I would like to know if they are available in Manila, where? and to have an idea of the price.
I am plannig to use this amplifier to drive Dynaudio Audience 82 speakers. Is it ok? Any other advise?
