Just for your info, the HK power amp model is Citation 16, a professional stereo model acquired sometime in 1986 already preowned. Would appreciate advise if this can still be repaired before bringing it to your shop. Thanks.

you're right AV-phile.... if these guys from Beyond Innovations can't even administer or manage their thread, what kind of service can we expect from them?

it can also mean that they are insensitive and unconcerned to customers' feedbacks and complaints.... so watch out.... and a stern warning to all Denon, HK, JBL and Infinity owners out there... your authorized distributor is not monitoring your comments....

you know that might not necessarily be true... just because they dont monitor this thread means they don't care...

has anyone tried calling them directly? if you get poor treatment then, then you can criticize..

but really - it would be unfair to comment such just because they do not post often at pinoydvd

Ang Beyond ay Distributor. Dapat ang tanong sa mga Dealers binibigay at hindi direcho sa Distributor. Eto usually ang structure dapat.

Sa pagkaalam ko, ok ang Beyond pag dating sa service.

I agree. If a shop is not active in pinoydvd, it does not mean that they dont have a good customer service.

just a few updates on Beyond Innovations...

I called them up last week at their Libis Office to check on their shop hours as i planned to bring my Denon CDPlayer for its annual adjustment and cleaning and got me surprise to know from their Service Assistant that Beyond Innovations is no longer the authorized distributor and service center of Denon products effective March 2005. But they are still the distributor for Harman Kardon, Infinity and JBL.

now i have a problem with my cd player, where to bring it for servicing. :'(

Sir Beyond....

I recently purchased an HK AVR135. When it was delivered, the plastic protector in the AVR is full of scratches and worst. it has 2 dings on the panel... the speaker terminals are full of dust. The AVR seems to be a demo unit. :'(

When I asked the sales rep.... they said it was brand new. However, the unit was still replaced.

Also, about the JBL SCS 200's. the foam like rim n the sub woofer, do have a small ding. And its just 2 days old. I already have doubts when it was delivered; because the boxes are beat up.

I will be calling the dealer to have it replaced.

I just hope that mine is just an isolated case.
