i use something like this:
http://www.cnaweb.com/racewaywiremolding.aspx

yung ginamit ko around P45.00 per piece (8 feet in length each,) bought from ace hardware. i used contact cement (rugby) for adhesion to the wall.

EDIT:
kung mapapansin mo, sa sinehan you wouldn't really see where the wires run. that's because they use false walls and wiring is hidden within the walls.

Pwede po kayo gumamit ng plastic moldings. Madami po nito sa Ace Hardware at Handyman. Available in different sizes.

If may cornice ang rooms mo, and may clearance sa foot, puede mo din dun padaanin sa horizontals, then use the moulding for the verticals

to give you an overview:

Pano ikakabit to? Like for example concrete?

yes, R1-DVD's set-up is one good reference point for hiding your HT wires...

I think 2" pwede na.  ;)

Quote lang kita. Bakit kailangan pang 2-3 years. You can still use your plasma even with a PJ.  ;D Hindi naman all the time gagamit ka ng PJ. ;) So get a PJ na.  :)

Mag-abang ka na din ng taguan or valance ng screen ng PJ kung mag-roll up screen ka.

FLAT cable and carpet (kaso mas mahal ang flat cable kesa round), or,

Free access floor, or,

Plastic moulding - you can screw that to the concrete wall instead of gluing.
