I love the channel line up of Cignal, though Sky has better service and doesn't loose its connection during the rains.  I hate my Cignal when watching the NBA Playoffs then biglang mawawala yung signal!

Both are HD
You choose which one is available in your area and the plan that corresponds to your needs.

Cignal has plans 590, 990, 1290 and 1590
Cignal is direct satellite transmission. Dish should be properly aligned and tuned to minimize rain fade interruption.
