^ Back issues has troubled TMac most of his career ...... the funny thing is, it was his then MAGIC coach Doc Rivers who had foretold (by appearance alone) Tracy that his back might shorten his career.

^sayang si Tmac. Fans ako nyan dati dahil kakampi ni Yao.

Parang irregardless of where he ends up, D12 is gonna be the most hated player in the NBA next year. Pangalawa na lang si Lebron.

I hope this trade chart is updated ;D

http://www.cbssports.com/nba/transactions/free-agents
Eto sir medyo mas organized/updated/complete. Pili na kayo:

Dime’s 2012 NBA Free Agent Tracker

TIER 1

Franchise superstars. You don’t just build teams around these guys, you build championship-caliber teams. They aren’t just the face of your franchise, they’re the icons who may end up with their statue outside the arena someday.

*Deron Williams

TIER 2

Maybe not full-on superstars, but they’re at least All-Star material. They could be the focal point of an OK team, but you’d rather have them as a No. 2 or No. 3 on a great team.

*Tim Duncan
*Eric Gordon (R)
*Steve Nash

TIER 3

Solid starters who could crack All-Star level given the right circumstances. They can help carry certain teams and will take over a game here and there, but at this point they’re ideally a third option at best.

*Ray Allen
*Ryan Anderson (R)
*Nicolas Batum (R)
*Jamal Crawford
*Roy Hibbert (R)
*Jeremy Lin (R)
*Brook Lopez (R)
*O.J. Mayo
*JaVale McGee (R)
*Gerald Wallace - agreed in principle to a four-year, $40 million deal to stay with Brooklyn

TIER 4

High-class role players. Most likely starters, they are 100 times more valuable on championship-contending teams than they are on middle-of-the-pack or teams going nowhere.

*Darrell Arthur (R)
*Omer Asik (R)
*Brandon Bass
*Michael Beasley
*Chauncey Billups
*Aaron Brooks (R)
*Boris Diaw
*Goran Dragic
*Jeff Green
*Raymond Felton
*Landry Fields (R)
*Spencer Hawes
*J.J. Hickson
*George Hill (R) - agreed in principle to re-sign in Indiana for five years
*Grant Hill
*Josh Howard
*Kris Humphries
*Ersan Ilyasova
*Antawn Jamison
*Carl Landry
*Courtney Lee (R)
*Chris Kaman
*C.J. Miles
*Andre Miller - agreed in principle to three-year deal to stay in Denver
*Jameer Nelson
*Ramon Sessions
*J.R. Smith
*Marreese Speights (R)
*Jason Terry
*Lou Williams
*Nick Young

TIER 5

Definite role players. Good bench guys or borderline starters, their teams will win games if they do their specific jobs.

*Lavoy Allen (R) - agreed in principle on a two-year, $6 million contract extension in Philly
*D.J. Augustin (R)
*Leandro Barbosa
*Matt Barnes
*Marco Belinelli
*Shannon Brown
*Marcus Camby
*Baron Davis
*Carlos Delfino
*Jeremy Evans (R)
*Reggie Evans
*Rudy Fernandez
*Derek Fisher
*Randy Foye
*Alonzo Gee (R)
*Danny Green (R)
*Gerald Green
*Jordan Hill
*Kirk Hinrich
*Jared Jeffries
*Ivan Johnson
*Jason Kidd
*Robin Lopez (R)
*Ian Mahinmi
*Kenyon Martin
*Tracy McGrady
*Jodie Meeks
*Patty Mills (R)
*Steve Novak
*Michael Redd
*Nate Robinson
*Brandon Rush (R)
*Jason Thompson (R)
*Anthony Tolliver
*Delonte West

TIER 6

Nothing to break the luxury tax for, but they should have an NBA job come training camp. Whether it’s shooting, defense, bringing the ball past mid-court without turning it over, or using six fouls, they usually can do at least one thing well enough to stay in the mix. The guys that frustrated streetball pros hate.

*Louis Amundson
*Mike Bibby
*Derrick Brown (R)
*Kwame Brown
*Brian Cardinal
*Marquis Daniels
*Keyon Dooling
*Semih Erden (R)
*Maurice Evans
*Kyrylo Fesenko
*Jonny Flynn
*Aaron Gray
*Willie Green
*Donte Greene
*Devin Ebanks (R)
*Ryan Hollins
*Damion James
*Yi Jianlian
*John Lucas III
*Nazr Mohammed
*Troy Murphy
*Sasha Pavlovic
*Mickael Pietrus
*A.J. Price (R)
*Joel Przybilla
*Anthony Randolph
*Craig Smith
*DeShawn Stevenson
*Hasheem Thabeet
*Ronny Turiaf
*Ben Wallace
*Damien Wilkins
*Terrence Williams (R)
*Sam Young

TIER 7

The fringe. Could easily be out of the League altogether if things don’t break right for them this summer. And even worse, a lot of people wouldn’t even notice.

*Blake Ahearn
*Solomon Alabi
*Morris Almond
*Alan Anderson
*Gilbert Arenas
*Tony Battie
*Earl Boykins
*Craig Brackins
*Jason Collins
*Brian Cook
*Eddy Curry
*Erick Dampier
*Sundiata Gaines
*Mickell Gladness
*Hamed Haddadi
*Luke Harangody (R)
*Terrel Harris (R)
*Cory Higgins
*Juwan Howard
*Lester Hudson
*Royal Ivey
*Mike James
*Armon Johnson
*DeAndre Liggins
*Vernon Macklin
*Jamaal Magloire
*Cartier Martin
*Dominic McGuire
*Mikki Moore
*Darius Morris (R) – accepted the Lakers’ qualifying offer to stay with the team for another year
*Eduardo Najera
*Daniel Orton
*Jannero Pargo
*Ronnie Price
*Vladimir Radmanovic
*Walker Russell
*Brian Scalabrine
*Xavier Silas
*Bobby Simmons
*James Singleton
*Ish Smith
*Jerry Stackhouse
*Greg Stiemsma (R)
*D.J. White
*Shelden Williams
*Chris Wright
*Ben Uzoh

its a pity that Gilbert Arenas is now a Tier 7 player, just a few years ago, he was an elite superstar, with his Adidas shoes  as one of the more expensive models out there

Yeah... Agent Zero... Took the monicker too seriously. Wasn't he the one who took at a gun in the locker room during an argument over gambling with a teammate?

It wasn't because he injured his ankle/knee badly first? Back surgery in 06 ended it (career)?

barkley had lingering back troubles most of his career. so did larry johnson.

As most expect, Deron Williams brings his talents back to the BROOKLYN NETS.

http://espn.go.com/new-york/nba/story/_/id/8128101/sources-deron-williams-chosen-brooklyn-nets-hometown-dallas-mavericks

ESPN's JA Adande mentions that should the NETS swing a deal for Dwight Howard ..... the combined salaries of Dwight, Deron, Joe & Gerald Wallace alone should be over $60M ...... already above the projected salary cap (the 2012 salary cap is approximately $60M).

Four (4) players for more than $60M ..... and this is just on their first year together. Their combined salaries & the resulting cap tax, will increase exponentially with each passing year.

Note that Johnson & Wallace aren't even considered great players, just good ones.

Costs aside ..... with or without Howard, these recent trades should at least make them more competitive. Probably good for a top 4 placing in the East.

Oo nga. Not sure if Dallas still has a good shot at Howard without Deron Williams. Reports say they will now set their sights on Steve Nash.

makukuha kaya ng Lakers sina Dwight Howard at Steve Nash?
pag-nagkataon mukhang magkikita si Kobe at LeBron sa NBA Finals.

Sinong mga example?

Aside from those mentioned already like Bird, Pippen, Barkley, TMac we have Brad Miller, TJ Ford, Jeff Foster, Brad Daugherty, Kevin Mchale, Hakeem Olajuwon and a lot of other players who are still playing but definitely a shadow of themselves due to back issues just like Metta World Peace.

Dwight's position is center and because of that he gets to be banged up by other guys as big as him that's why his latest injury really should be a concern not only to him but to other GM's who are willing to take a risk in him.

Of course injuries of any kind is always a concern when you're trading for a player. Pero...
Olajuwon - retired at 37
Mchale - retired at 36
Pippen- retired at 39,was still active at 42
Larry Bird -36
barkley -  30, out of shape, very undersized
TJ Ford - Tailbone/Spinal injury, not your usual back injury
Jeff Foster - he still had a career?
Tmac -really frail, a combination of injuries
Larry Johnson - undersized, had a meaningful title run after injury
Brad Miller-retired at 36
Brad Daugherty - retired at 32
Dwight - 26, in terrific shape, not undersized, durable - prior to this season has only missed 7 games in his first 7 seasons.

And somehow this injury craps on all his achievements as a player?
And Mchale, Pippen, Bird, Olajuwon didn't have productive careers?
They didn't retire because they were old?
And somehow Dwight (a top 5 or top 8 player) is not worth trading  for anymore?

For package A:
1. A combination of players who have only been good players in bad teams -- Brook Lopez(also with injury conrcerns)/Humphries Marshon --two of which the Magic may be forced to overpay to match salaries.
2. Three most likely very late draft picks

Or B:
1 Andrew Bynum - more injury concerns than D12 - had really had only two healthy seasons as a player
2 Metta - :P
