Sorry for the late reply... Actually yung 12" driver na ikinabit ko sa dynaquest is GTO1202D 2 ohm per voice coil and 4 ohms in series. Basta series mo siya ok yan. Maganda kasi ang dual voice coil mas controlled niya ang subwoofer driver and hindi siya gaanong mapupuwersa ng anp to drive it in high volume... I'm optimistic ok ang magiging result niyan...

check out the JBL GTO 1502 im eyeing this to replace the DTX stock sub driver...

ibang kalase ang motor structure niya

if you see clearly yung spider surround suspension niya naka angat. saka parang mababaw ang cone structure niya hindi katulad ng mga typical na subwoofer cones na malalim...

meron kayang good effect ang ganitong design?...

yup sir jo, meron silang 12" nito JBL GTO 1202D (2ohm/vc) saka 1204D (4ohm/vc), ang available yata sa atin yung 1202D nasa 3k sa mall...

specs can be found on www.jbl.com

hans,

before, a shallow cone means less air volume that is moved due to the less surface area that the cone has when compared to deeper cone types. nowadays, shallower cones are not a problem anymore since Xmax has been dramatically increased. besides, shallow cones are needed to facilitate installation of improved spider suspension.

I am dreaming of a 4th order bp with a 1202D.

post ko muna sa buy and sell yun mga Targa and Cyclone sub ko dito sa bahay. nagagalit na si misis sa dami ng sub na hindi naman daw nagagamit. $:-\$

kung sa mall yan eh di pwede madinig muna right? teka san mall ba? wala ba sa banawe niyan baka mas mura?

nagagalit naba hehe! cigurado ako may bibili kaagad nyan cyclone subs mo sir...

btw yung jbl 1202 mabibili mo sa megmall ang pangalan ng store is autosport nasa 3rd floor may mga nakadisplay na momo mags saka steering wheel, malapit sila sa sinehan, ang kaharap niya is yung circuit city, baka nga sir mas mura sa banawe kasi mall price na yung 3k eh...

ay patay, matindi pala yun. pero yun ang ok kung bayo-bayo ang habol mo. yun pag may sumabog ang akala mo lumilindol din.
