help pls: tv function not working

my led tv doesnt work on network cable anymore. other sources still work on my tv. would resetting to factory default do? thanks in advance to your help.

no,

does the same wire work if you move from tv to laptop. i assume you are referring to LAN network cable? may led indicator ba yung port mo? isolate first.
