Panalo kung ganun hahaha. Gaano kaya katagal magagawa ung TV lalo na ung akin eh more than 2 ang sira, baka maubusan sila ng panel pati mga boards haha!

mine is 2-3 weeks..daw? the shop actually asked for the serial number of my unit and some kind of "code"--kung saang supplier galing...actually sa supplier daw po nagtatagal yung unit pag ka pull out...

san nyo nabili sir yung tv?yung sakin 50vt30 i think 1 month plang nagkaroon din ng vertical line parang sayo green nga lng ang color.then mabait naman ang mga taga AVX  store sa harrison and si Dom pinalitan agad ng new unit.now 1 year na sakin yung tv ko so far ok na ok naman.

Sa SNS po, kung si supplier ang magrerepair ok lng pero kung dadalhin pa sa panasonic mismo outside Phils. Un ang matagal haha dahil sa tagal ng delivery.

Kamusta nmn ang repair ng VT30 nyo? mine mag one month na xa sa service center and still waiting for Power Supply, as if nagrequest na rin sila para sa LCD. I miss my Panny ang bagal naman ng process ng parts delivery nila.

I see sa Listening Room ung sayo while mine was at SNS. 1 month na xa nung linggo and yet wala pang maayos na result, nauubos na pasencia ko haha kahit nagtrabaho din aq as service engineer ng mga branded na computer so alam ko kung gaano katagal ang process. 1 buwan na kameng nagmumusic marathon haha! amf!

Well hindi ko naitanung yan, my today's follow up as per coordinator, di kasi maibigay saking un service center number or ung supplier ng doon na lng ako mag-follow up, PSU has been replaced at hinihintay na lng ung board para sa vertical line. So this line is not panel issue. Matagal daw and ganitong part sa panasonic as gusto ko sanang sabihin na baket ung sa listening room eh 3weeks+ lng. Hmm di pala mapapalitan ang Panel thinking na kasama ung Front glass sa papalitan haha para magmukhang bago.

Tsip malamang galing pa sa Japan ang spare parts kaya ganon talaga katagal.  If it's any consolation, mas duda ako if the warranty service (with proper replacement parts) ay nagagawa ng mabilis. 

Definitely at ang reply before end of the week or early next week darating na daw ang part. Awts How come ganun lng ang service. 2 months na xa next week.

Ok nmn sana kung kaya nilang iexplain saan manggagaling ang parts at kung saan inorder para madali maintindihan. And hope pwede nila iextend ng altleast two months ang warrany ng unit dahil naconsume nila ung 2months ko. Nov 4 ang expiration nito if I am not mistaken.

Sana maayos na issues ni Acepogs ... :( and his unit will be as good as new :D

Hi All,
We got a 50VT30 last year from SNS na nasa province na ngayon. Out of warranty na siya from SNS (grey unit) and a couple of days ago, ayaw na mag-on. Since I am not there, the TV was checked by a local tech and he said its the power board. Ayaw ko sana pacheck sa iba pero nangyari na. I'm not sure what to do at this point because I want a second opinion. How's the service of SNS for out of warranty repairs? Do they even offer this service? Iniisip ko kasi if I have to bring the unit back to Manila or if i can arrange for the nearest Pana service center to check it. Btw, its 8-10 hours travel from our province (Cagayan) to Manila.
 
I can stop speaking but I cannot so easily silence my thoughts...

If it's only power board mas madali yan ireplace kesa sa video board, sa pana service mo na lng dalhin at ask mo eta ng parts, kung sa SNS paquote ka ask modin aga eta. if you don't do this magagaya ka sa akin, walang maibigay ung service center nila ng ETA para sa video board, now I am asking for a replacement or a refund. For VT30 to replaced with other brand, how sad wala ata tong kapareho sa price nya, ung price ni2 na 39k eh low end to mid lng sa ibang brand.

sir, bago mo po dalhin sa panny SC, tanung mo po muna kung tumatanggap sila ng ganung model/unit for repair...if they say NO, that's the time na dalhin mo na sa SNS though pahirapan yung repair services nila...

hmmm...SNS dapat ang gumagawa ng paraan, they should pressure their supplier for the replacement parts..whether may warranty or wala-dapat priority nila yung mga ganyang problema...that's too bad...2 months waiting for nothing.... >:(

I talked to someone from SNS (girl) last Thur and she said she will get back to me. She even got my number, I had her repeat it twice pero wala akong natanggap na tawag. I am giving the benefit of the doubt because of the bad weather so I will try to call again later. Nilinaw ko naman na out of warranty na ang unit but need some help since its a grey unit bought from them. And also if they can share information so I won't be scammed by technicians.

So sad the reason I waited for that long two months is because of the TV itself. Kung ordinary lng ung TV within the first month palang nagrequest naq ng replacement. Asar lng baket ba sila hirap magdecide. ETA lng nmn ang need para makapaghintay ng tama as of now under decision parin kung replacement or refund. Gusto pa ng pahirapan samantalang ung binili ung TV eh agad agad hahaha.

Video board found to be OK and it is a Panel issue, offered a replacement, but  I asked if the Panel is still replaceable and that will make the TV brand new.

As for you guys what will you choose? Get it replaced?

On my thought I would like them to give me a service unit and wait until the Panel get replaced.
