Hi Arn!
So there is no issue with seamless branching BD under Full Navigation Mode.
Yeah, BDs containing multiple versions SHOULD be played under Full Nav - but I fully understand why you decided to use Simple BD first - except for BD concerts that take full advantage of Full BD Nav, I DO THE SAME THING for many movies para mabilis, then just return to the Special Features later via Full BD Nav.
I think in the end, the root of the problem is mostly attributable to the full BD rip itself, diba? Good thing is, simply toggling between Simple BD and Full BD Navigation is an effective workaround to most issues about full BD playback that one may encounter on the PCH.
Alan, maybe this is what they are referring to? :
One time my guests wanted to watch "This Means War." To get right into the movie I chose Simple BD instead of Full Navigation. At one point in the movie, the movie just stopped, onscreen a typical screen usually used for calibrating (horizontal, vertical lines, circles, etc.). Then I remembered that when I used Full Navigation, I was asked to choose between "Theatrical Version" and "Extended Version" before the main menu. So I restarted the movie in Full Navigation mode, chose "Extended Version" and the movie played without a hitch.
