In my experience mas ok pa sa SM. Or kung manonood ka ng game na maglalaro ang Ginebra baka matulungan kita.

Abueva is no saint but a hit like this is really uncalled for.. a hard foul or a bump to a rookie as initiation is alright.. but slapping him straight on the face is just plain dirty.. no foul called here but it seems like the referee who didn't blow his whistle has been suspended 4 games.. Rob Reyes has yet to be sanctioned, though.. may binilin pa siyang mga salita after the hit..

It was an obvious hit to the face ...... plus, Rob Reyes seemed to taunt (from what I saw on TV and the replays) Abueva afterwards.

Abueva gave out a few very minor bumps earlier in the game ..... but nothing to justify such a horrendous hit from Reyes.

Rob Reyes and the ref (nearest to the action) should be suspended for this.

I agree, ang sama ng laro nila offensively & defensively for the 1st half, pero ibang-iba naman pagpasok ng 2nd half, kudos sa coaching staff! they made all the right adjustments, got back on the right track & they got the big W ...tuwang-tuwa sila Sol Mercado & Chris Ross, parang sila na din tumalo sa ROS

Abueva just showed everyone why he was picked by Alaska over Hodge. 20pts 18rebs against Hodge and Meralco. Much more than the stats, sa impact dinaig ni Abueva si Hodge. All game long, nararamdaman yung presence ni Abueva on both ends. You can't say the same for Hodge. Tonight, Abueva played like a franchise player while Hodge looked like just another rookie.

Benjie Paras did it even though Ramon Fernandez had a sizable lead on him on statistical points. Paras did it even though San Miguel had a grand slam that year and Fernandez was the obvious MVP. Paras did it with the help of Ronnie Nathanielz's lobbying, thus winning the media vote by a landslide. If Abueva is a contender for the MVP at the end of this season, media votes just might help him be the second rookie-MVP.
