Blakely and Hayes were actually cool.  They were just bumping and making "gulang" on each other which, to me, is normal in basketball. Hayes was walking away na nga.  Then all hell broke loose when Devance, Nabong, Pingris went into the picture.  Yes, agree.  Pingris should get the biggest penalty as he took the first swing on Nabong.

Tim Cone did a Jeff Van Gundy hahaha!!!

Mayabang na yn si Pingris now that he's connected with the EAT BULAGA Sottos.

i hate to say it......but yes, i agree with you. more than the outdated strategy, Jawo is not his old self anymore. he may inspire and motivate the players but coaching wise, i don't think he still has it. one incident that eroded my confidence in Jawo was when he was being interviewed on radio during fiba-asia. he was incoherent, and his answers were unresponsive to the questions thrown at him.

The Big J returning to BGK will be guaranteed blockbuster but wont bring in the championship/s.

The Ron Jacobs system has long been outdated, what more of Jawo's gung-ho, bahala-na-si-batman style?

Sadly, those schools of coaching will look lost in today's fast-paced offenses and zone defenses.

Call me crazy, but a Yeng Guiao-coached BGK ....... that's a contender right there.

A Tim Cone-coached PETRON ....... you can start counting the championships.

Pwede na din si coach Leo Isaac or si Frankie Lim.  Mahina nga si Ato.  Pati naman nung si Chua, mahina din.  Walang play ang ginebra.  Tapos parang takot sila ke Caguioa at Helterbrand, kaya walang teamwork.

I felt like I was watching the UFC when I saw the replay of the incident last night. Siguro fans din ng UFC 'yung mga players and coach involved sa brawl. Doon palang sa mga import evident na 'yung UFC moves, Blakely took Hayes to the ground with his aikido throw-down, Hayes elbowed Blakely, then Pingris boxed Nabong and Nabong gave Pingris a flying knee and Coach Tim wrestles Nabong. Mixed Martial Arts 'di ba?  ;D

Mainit talaga si Pingris, doon pa lang sa FIBA Asia, may mga naka-girian na din sya eh, hindi nga lang natuloy mag away.

Yup ...... I've always said that Caguioa is the star that broke BGK.

Cant deny his talent for scoring and his heart for the game ...... but he has long hindered BGK's winnability with his style of play e.g. mid-to-far jumpers mostly on an early shotclock, etc.

How many times have fans seen Caguioa pull-up for a longshot with nary a look at his teammates movements, positions or the time at the shotclock?

Coaches have come and gone for BGK, yet no one was able to mold Caguioa into a well-rounded star.

A clearer video can be found here: http://www.interaksyon.com/interaktv/full-video-san-mig-coffees-marc-pingris-globalports-kelly-nabong-fight

Nakakaaliw si James Yap. Sumimple na naman. Tinulak si Nabong kaya ayun, nadaganan si Tim Come.

As expected Comm. Cheato Salud strikes again ...... only 2-games suspension for what Marc Pingris did ??

Consider that Don Allado was suspended for an entire conference just for his rants on twitter!

I tell you, if this was a non-SMCorp player, it's guaranteed that the suspension would be much, much longer than that.

Globalport owner Mikee Romero confirmed that Nabong is indeed into Mixed Martial Arts.  Hence, his unusual moves and fighting skills. Delikado pala si Pingris dito kung hindi na naawat.

Sobrang garapalan ano ...... harap-harapan linoloko nang SMCorp & Lina/Chua (and Comm. Cheato Salud) ang basketball fans.

Well, at least tatagal si Asi Taulava nang 3 games with AIR21 - the number of remaining games they have before, being eliminated this season.

When Joe Devance was traded by ALASKA to AIR21, he lasted all of 2 practices before being sold este "traded" to BMEG.  ;)

Back in 2009, then perennial MVP-contender Arwind Santos was traded by Bert Lina to SMCorp ...... it's an open secret that P20M was the fee for the sale este "trade".

That Arwind Santos trade was just one of many grossly lopsided deals made by Lina/Chua with their SMCorp masters.

Right of the bat ...... Enrico Villanueva, Kerby Raymundo, Marc Pingris, Joe Devance, Cyrus Baguio, Alex Cabagnot, Mike Cortez, Niño Canaleta, Chris Lutz, Dylan Ababou, Allain Maliksi, Marc Barroca, JC Intal, Rabeh Al-Hussaini, Noy Baclao, Rey Guevarra, Billy Mamaril, Doug Kramer, Aldrech Ramos, Homer Se, Dondon Hontiveros, Dorian Pena, Mike Holper, etc, etc, etc, etc ...... and still many more to come.

Above are just straight trades ...... they do not even include the draft rights (slots) which are also being sold este traded by the Lina/Chua group e.g. Junemar Fajardo, John Wilson, Jimbo Aquino, etc.

Ever wonder why top teams PETRON, SMC & BGK still land high in the draft order year after year ??

There's still more ...... COKE/POWERADE was also engaged in serious lopsided deals with SMCorp e.g. Hatfield, Reavis, Mamaril, Lassiter, etc.

Even though they knew that the PUBLIC was aware of these tremendous swapping and mixing up of players, they just dont care!
It only proves kung wala sila wala din ang PBA.

ROS got jobbed by the PBA last night against BGK ...... nothing new if you're up against an SMCorp team.

Let the players decide the game - has been a long time mandate of Comm. Cheato Salud, yet when SMCorp is involved, its null and void e.g. Bowles anyone?

Last nights game had the refs blowing the whistle on an iffy last-second shot by Baracael.

To make things worse, the refs AND take officials review the time left ....... yet they STILL got it wrong (0.3 sec instead of 1+ sec).

PBA Commentator Jason Webb said it best ....... it's totally inexcusable if you get things wrong after a video review.

Yeah, ROS got robbed. It was a clear block and the body contact was negligible. The same kind of plays were never called before. Yung kay Caguioa nga in that game vs Alaska had more contact than this one and it wasn't called a foul. As one ROS official said, "Parang sindikato na ito."

There was definitely a clear contact which affected Baracael's shot...
