I'm totally buying Roma despite the fact that I have a Netflix subscription.

Thrilled Leave Her to Heaven is getting the Criterion treatment but the edition seems kind of barebones.

^  I have been waiting for Criterion's The Grand Budapest Hotel for quite some time. Held out on getting the regular Blu-ray edition.  :)

The long wait is over for the Criterion edition of The Grand Budapest Hotel. And a second chance at upgrading my copy of Army Of Shadows to the blu ray edition

Bong Joon-ho’s Parasite, Memories of Murder Getting Criterion Releases

After bringing home the night’s top prize at last week’s Oscars, Bong Joon-ho’s Parasite is getting another major treatment as it and his 2003 crime drama Memories of Murder are both being added to the Criterion Collection!

NEON and Criterion are partnering to issue special editions for both the four-time Oscar-winning Parasite, which made history as the first foreign language film to win Best Picture and the first Korean film to win Best Director, Best International Film and Best Original Screenplay, and acclaimed breakout hit Memories.

No release date has currently been set for the special Criterion Collection editions for both films.

For those of you who are interested, the Criterion Channel is now accessible in the Philippines. All you need is a VPN. Turn on the VPN to sign up and sign in. Once you're signed in, you can start streaming easily and you can turn off the VPN. For me, it seems to work better in my Mac laptop using Safari. The player doesn't seem to work as well in Chrome and Windows PC.
