Topic: Home Theatre Contractor

Hey guys it's been a while since I last posted here in PinoyDVD anyway starting early next year we will be starting to build our house. 

I will be allocating a Home Theater room with a size of 16sq meters. Please see blue print.   



I'm thinking of getting a HT contractor.   May i know how much they charge assuming I will be asking them to do the ff: 

     1) sound proofing
     2) organized wiring
     3) lighting   
   
Or I can just do it on my own?   It doesn't have to be a "cinema" like room immediately I just need a room that can be easily upgraded in the future.  What's important to me is that it's sound proof and the wires are hidden and can be easily replaced in the future.  Aside from the TV a projector will be placed. 

Looking at the blueprint i'm thinking of removing the windows on the left side and making the door sliding na lang.  What you guys think?
