Wiredstate Projects
« on: Nov 18, 2003 at 11:57 PM »
Anyone tried the wiredstate DIY? I bought the preamp and I am very happy with it. Good build quality and clean sounding. It has premium parts and warranty but the price is very affordable. It needs 100hrs of break-in  but Im already enjoying it, what more after break-in.If you are looking for a preamp check this out.

Here are some pics.

Bought one too and paired it with my SS Musical Fidelity power amps. So far my impression is that  more detailed ito compared with my MF preamp. Very sweet yung effect on say saxophone and you have to exerience the improvement on a guitar solo. Ang galeng :D

So now i have a hybrid pure audio and enjoying it. For the price, very highly recommended ;D

hans,

check if your receiver has connectors for "amp in".  most receivers would have that.   that bypasses the receiver's controls and you can use the preamp.

more info on the preamp...

don't let the price deceive you...this is a high-end device that will compete with preamps over $1000.  parts are premium and this is point-to-point wiring as you can see in the pics.  parts are all premium:  NOS (vintage, new old stock) tubes, ALPS blue potentiometer, highly-regarded AURICAPS capacitors, BLACK GATE premium caps, gold-plated connectors, plus more...

compatible with:

1. Single-ended tube amps like Wiredstate's TB2A3, AMX 300b, 2A3 tube amps, Antique Sound Labs, JE Labs amps, all Rene Rivo amps, etc.

2. Push-pull tube amps:  Dynaco ST70, AMX, ASL, EICO, MARANTZ, McINTOSH, etc.

3. Solid State amps:  Musical Fidelity, Pioneer, NAD, Krell, etc...

4. All AV Receivers/Integrated amps with "power in":  Pioneer, Denon, Harman Kardon, Sony, etc.

this amp is a "gift" from the crazy pinoydiophiles at wiredstate.com to all audiophiles who want to experience tube sound without spending much.

20 units are sold out this week and we can only offer the units at same price until the end of this year..

for more info, go to wiredstate.com and go to wiredstate projects....

for those who are still undecided, bring home a unit with a p3,500 deposit and if you like it, pay for the balance december 15th!  LIFETIME guarantee...

if you dont like it at all, we will refund you full amount!
