Tube amp/preamp with killer headphone out?

The Leben CS300, CS300X, CS300XS and Manley Stingray are sai to have killer heaphone outs.

Anyone knows a cheaper tube amp/preamp with good headphone out?

Oops..your preference is tube....try woo audio w3..not sure of listen up/ listening room still carry those tube preamp/headphone amp..
