masarap.. pag nasanay na mata mo sa blacks... pag properly calibrated ang unit mo and pag madaming materials.. bihira na ako mag download ng movies.. gaming time ko bumalik na...

di rin ako nabibighani sa mga new releases.. happy with this purchase.

when I was testing the OLED in January (decided na sana), I only brought 4K UHD materials.. now let me retest it by bringing 4K HDR materials this time...

I'll be able to get hold of proper comparison now with OLED against the one I've bought instead (kasi nag-tipid ako para mka-out of town ang family)... if I've had the OLED then, yes my eyes will feast, but the memory I've created with my family will last longer, I'm sure..  I think, kanya kanyang life's priorities kasi =))

I'll wait till 2018.. B9 na kaya lalabas? LOLz!

Perhaps that's the point? Post and post and post and never buy. Minsan the posting is better than the buying.

kamusta mga co-owners of LG B6p? our units are still king of the OLED pack, matatapos na yung 1 year to pay ko and i have to say that my purchase was very well worth it! kaya yung mga nagkukuli kuli pa kung bibili o nde, bili na baka maubos na mga units. may mga bagong lalabas pero the difference is not groundbreaking. before my thinking was "hindi na muna ako bibili kasi bababa pa ang price, then pagbaba ng price magiging hindi na muna ako bibili kasi may lalabas na bago" the cycle never ends and i have stayed at that thinking, wala pako ineenjoy na oled sa ngayon :)

It's still the best in market.  Except when the B7, C7 is released.

Hindi na din ako maka hintay.  I replaced by 65 850T with an E6 OLED (2nd OLED in a span of a year ~first was the B6).

I think ang gusto ko lang sa W series (wallpaper series) is sobrang nipis nila at they removed all their IO ports and move to a soundbar.  Mas madali installation overall.  Pero having a media cabinet will just dilute this advantage.

There's also the issue of price, no one knows the price of the Wallpaper Series.  So rather than waiting, I just got the current best.

^ Parang overpriced masyado ang E6, i think it's best to buy the cheapest biggest B6 and buy a separate good sound bar with woofer like jbl (sb400/sb450)  or harman kardon

Sometimes you buy things because of the industrial design rather than how many MHz, pixels, GB, MB, TB and other things.

E6 looks mighty nice but going after the top 10% of the top 1% of the whole TV market is a tad obsessive for me already. So long as my TV is better than any LED TV then I'm happy.

The top 1% of the top 1% of the whole TV market would be the W line of OLED TVs.

By 2025 OLED will be sooooo mainstream.

My expectation is that ceiling mounting an OLED TV will become the norm. It will weigh less than an acoustic board.

True.  In my case.  I already have a 65" OLED B6.  So it's either I get C6 or E6.  I don't like a curved TV so I went with E6.  Plus it's for the wife.  Good things happen when you make your wife happy.  :D

That is their 2013 model (before they stopped making OLED TVs in 2015). Yes, they used Samsung OLED panels.

Is there a ton of difference between the b6 and e6 if intended for movie watching only, considering the vast difference in price?  Thanks!

there aren't 3D BluRay in 4K released yet, more so in HDR...

but I have a 4K HDR 3D (55UH8500), let me try to set 2D to 3D one of my HDR movies.  hmmm could we expect some additional wow factor, kaya?
