Thanks sir Raptor.

I asked Abenson today  if they can match the price and what they can only do is discredit the sellers on aftersales.
After the first week all after sales are handled by LG directly. Straight unit replacement ends after 7days

LG takes care of the warranty, and you get an Anson's receipt so I would think that Anson's would also take care of it if needed

I always have good luck with Abenson in Alabang , what works for me is looking for a saleman who will do his best to gain a sale , as i always use straight card payment its maybe 1k or more versus the cash price of carousell . But because of delivery fees which is cheaper as I am located near them its a wash . The last one was a 65c1  in Oct for 95K .

another quick one.

worth it ba mag C1 instead of A1. I am not a gamer so I could not fully utilize the HDMI 2.1 capability.

Its mainly for movies and streaming.  Basically additional amount for 120Hz....

I was able to get a 55 inch C1 at Anson's Cash and Carry. The price (cash) was at least 7k cheaper than what Anson's by Landmark could give me.

there are a lot of reviews in Youtube about this, but I would recommend personally checking the A1 on showrooms and comparing with C1 ... when I watch the reviews, I am discouraged to even consider A1, but when I went to showrooms, I cannot discern the difference picture quality wise - A1 has an excellent picture quality based on my visual experience ... if you're not using it for gaming, I would think that it is a good choice but I would still recommend comparing it visually on showrooms and not just taking the word of reviewers (especially the experts) - I find it more helpful to get consumer reviews as the experts compare the models from very high standards and measurements that sometimes have very minimal effect in the real usage

I asked coz I also had the same observation. I compared them (A1 and C1) in Ansons and Abensons, and  I cannot discern much of the difference (if there is any).

Not like other lower end models and LCD which you can really see the difference.

Thanks again for the reply. :)

I watched the presentation launch video, based on that, I think that the X95k mini-LED is the most interesting as they do not have that panel type in the current offering ... it seems that it will be the best option for those who worries about the OLED brightness and burn-in potential issues

Meron bang tv na judder free?  Masyadong sensitive ang mata ko sa judder. Di ako makafocus sa panonood.

Siguro masasanay din ako sa c1 ko.
Mas nagagandahan pako sa 2007 plasma panasonic ko. Walang judder, walang soap opera effect :(

120Hz ang C1, it should handle judder well (24p sources)

Here is the list per Rtings.com. C1 should be free.

depende din s price and condition. i think minimal mn lang din difference s brightness vs 2021 model. and 2019 OLED can passthrough DTS unlike the latest

Pag galing sa 60hz slow pixel response time (more motion blur) tapos nag upgrade to high refresh rate at fast pixel response time (more motion clarity) na panel, magiging obvious talaga yung judder ng 24/30fps video content, even @ 120Hz panel refresh rate.

Alienware also announced the world's first QD-OLED gaming monitor:

https://youtu.be/gKQPvCeETKw

QD-OLED is super interesting if the manufacturer's claims are to be believed: compared to existing LG.display W-OLED tech which can only do 4k 120Hz, it can run at 4K 144Hz, it can get significantly brighter since it's more efficient while maintaining the sub-pixel level dimming of OLED, it has wider color gamut because it has quantum dots and it has more robust burn-in mitigation which is why Alienware is confident for use as a PC monitor and they're able to provide a 3-year warranty against burn-in as well.

My next gaming monitor might just as well be a QD-OLED based one.

Based on that spreadsheet, looks like mauuna pa mag-release ng QD OLED si Sony?  So all OLED panel ni Sony are LG sourced except the Top of the line A95K?

I've subscribed to this guy's Youtube channel for quite some time.  His take on the QD-OLED technology and his recent visual experience of the technology would make people on the market for OLED to think of waiting possibly another year.

This is new tech so its going to be very expensive. Plus as new tech, expect some issues.

IMO buy OLED now, in 4-5 years the tech will mature. Time to move to QD-OLED.
That is if a new tech will  not again emerge. hehe

sa mga abensons 78k n lng cash ng a9G weeks ago eh, sa people na eyeing LG a1, isang option nyo itong sony a9g, halos same sa 80k for 65" mas bang for buck ito.
