I think a 77" cost is in the 230k range already, not to argue if its legit or not but @P210k, its a steal for an OLED 83incher

What a weird raffle. Kahit sa Manila Polo Club di ganun ang premyo.

Odds are it's a scam. I did a Facebook search on the exact same keywords from the screenshot and another person is using that very same photo to advertise a TV for sale.

Buyer's beware guys!

Call LG's hotline to verify if shop is legit or not.

You are right, seems a scam. 2 other names pop with same number and same photo plus details ---

hi guys, thinking of getting the 77" LG C2, will be my first OLED. Main concerns are burn-in and dead pixels. Any OLED owners or C2 owners here that can share their experiences? Thanks!

55” to 65”.

I need a tv for a spare room. Oled would be priority. High refresh rate would be awesome

Mukha late ka sir. Mukha pulled out na ang LG C1 sa grey market.

Panasonic JZ1000S 55 and 65 sells for 45k and 78k respectively. unting dagdag na lang kung gusto mo mag 65.

Sa caroussel sir. I can vouch that it is legit. Those are basically agents of the grey supplier. It is brand new has 2 years warranty.
If you are buying, make sure these 2 are described in the ad/post.

Too bad the Panny JZ1000 stocks seem to have run out, thanks to the hype over the clearance sales last month.

I did hear that more stocks are coming but I have a strong feeling these will be the 2022 models only.  And for OLED, this will likely be the LZ1000 lineup (the LZ2000 and LZ1500 will probably be too expensive for our shores).  In the PH, new Panasonics usually arrive in October so these new models might be on store shelves soon.

What I'd like to find out is if the LZ980 and LZ800 models will also be sold in the PH.  These OLEDs are probably not as bright as the LZ1000's but will still be very very good panels (with 4k120 and VRR, too) and at a lower price than the 1000 series.

In the US OLED TVs start at

- $3k for 77"
- $5k for 83"
- $25k for 97"

If the price is too good to be true then odds are it is.

it's nice to see Panasonic back on the list, past few years kasi it was practically LG, Samsung, and Sony ... problem with Panasonic here is that it is difficult to find and almost no marketing

Impressive showing by the Sony A95K considering that the QD-OLED panel is still 1st gen tech. As I stated my previous posts in this thread, the tech is promising. I'm really interested in this because of the bright room performance for an OLED.

That's a better explanation (compression from streaming) than that cockshovingly arrogant response by a poster in Home Theater Society.

I thinks it is both. Display and compression.  HotD was made for cable and streaming so I guess it is calibrated for this medium.

But OLED really has an advantage specially for dark rooms.

I just watched the HoTD leak and everything is much sharper and watchable than any other episode despite being 1080p. I'm guessing compression really is the problem with HBOMax. Actually just not HBOMax, even Rings of Power look better when streamed from Plex than Prime Video.

Which reminds me, I should try watching a 4K disc and see if it's significantly better than a properly displayed streaming 4k (e.g. Netflix).
