i was looking for the same thing. the jbl store in megamall sells a harman kardon bluetooth receiver that can be used via rca or 3.5mm (can't remember). there are also some apple shops that sell belkin brand of bt receiver. let me know if you find other brands.

alam ko 5th ave in megamall sells the yamaha bt receiver pero parang exclusive ata to yamahas unlike the harman kardons.

Maybe your iPad Mini is IOS 6.1 or later?  Not sure about MacBook BT protocols, but IOS 6.1 and up have Apple's greedy strategy of non-standard BT implementation.

i finally bought a bluetooth receiver to connect to my amp. i got this genius bt-100r. the sound is good and is easy to use/pair. may konting issue lang when i'm using the BT of my pc. when someone crosses the "line of sight" between the pc and the BT receiver, the signal gets disrupted. when i use my iphone 4s, wala namang ganun issue so far. kasing laki lang siya ng usb thumb drives and it has its own lithium ion rechargeable battery so pwede rin sa car or portable docks. it's also very affordable at only P1,250. we'll see kung sulit ba ang binayad ko dito.

What I got was the QED puck. I would prefer that it outputs through optical but it sounds already great through RCA.
