I used an Indeed Hi-fi Labs TA-2024 t-amp a few months ago. It drove my 94db Fostex FE167E bookshelf speakers. This was a very engaging amp. Fairly detailed and tubey. Excellent tonal balance. Lovely mids. If you have a modest front end, you will like this and it might be enough for the available signal resolution. You will need high sensitivity speakers. By the way, this is a tripath class amp not a tube amp.

I use this amp... One of the best T amp i tried... For me i think its better than the 2024 chip i do find the 2020 warmer in character and have more bass than the 2024. Im not saying the 2024 is bad its just i love the 2020 better.. If your looking for one i bought mine over ebay... Hope this helps...

Ive tried ta2024, ta2022, and ta2020 and all I can say is that it have thetube sound of ta2024 plus the slam and bass. This is so far my favorite, it still is the one i am using right now, kailangan lang lang eh sensitive ang speakers mo.
