How you check the performance is there any rating? I think the price is alos consider as the title bang for the buck.
you can go by customer reviews and expert reviews ... it's my next level criteria after short listing the choices i have for my budget ... below are links (Amazon customer reviews - 4 stars overall, and an expert review - 8.8/10), note that in other countries this has a model name of 51F5300 -

when i decided to replace my old tv, which is also a plasma, i budgeted for around 60k as my old tv was 60k when i bought it ... i was open to LED this time, but it would be a challenge to get an LED for the price, and the other plasma tv that fit into that price range - my option narrowed down to the F5500 and F5000, and since i'm not into 3D and not impressed by the current smart tv features, F5000 was an easy choice ... now i got my tv upgraded, and a savings of almost 30k which i can probably use for the new XBox One that will be released this year - 51F500 + XBox One beats the smart tv features of any models out there ... really bang for the buck
