Ano po standard warranty nito?

may biglang pumutok sa tv ko tapos na wala video. sound na lang. Pinatay ko agad.
When I turned it ON again , nag blink na lang n RED tapos namatay ulit.

Bough in Abenson Avant in Alabang Town Center.

Just called Abenson, warranty is 2 years.
Swerte pa, bought it last Sept 21, 2013. Pasok sa warranty
Guy who entertained the call was very professional.
He asked for some details like the serial number.
They willl call Samsung near our place to do a home visit.

Sana maayos nila, Superb video nito.

^ same experience with abensons before. Within a week from time na tinawag ko na may dead pixel yung samsung plasma ko na deliver nila replacement unit.

The remote for my unit is now starting to conk out. Some numbers are no longer responsive. Do you guys know where to source replacement remotes? If none, what do you use?

You can try @ cdrking they have LG, Samsung and Sony ata. I got 1 for my LG for P100. HTH

Or if you have Samsung Android Phone with infrared... Meron sila application na remote for different electronic appliances(TV, cable box, dvd, bluray, etc...)

anyone experiencing fast battery drain of your remote control? i use only branded batteries. suddenly my eveready batts drained in just two weeks. i used energizer then baka lng kako bad batts but in less than a month ubos na agad =(

With the increase in production cost from korea together with the crocodillean collection of Bert Lina's men, i would have to sell that same remote for P2,500 now. Hindi na P1,300

Anyway if anyone is interested i have some Samsung OEM remotes on the way.
Same as this model AA59-00602A. Will sell for only P450.00. Will work with any Samsung Plasmas or LEDs.

Nag punta kami abenson to pick for replacement, ang sabi ng sales officer hindi daw kasama ung bundles like free tv also hindi daw free delivery...

Two weeks ago, the Technician came on a Monday. They checked it. He mentioned a "Y" board as busted.
After a day, he called that they have a spare Y board and they can install the following day. So far, still very good service.
But I insisted on a panel replacement. They made a report to Samsung for a panel replacement.
Made a follow up last week, I was informed that Samsung is still evaluating it.
Called Samsung today (sept 28), I was informed that unit replacement was approved. Called Abenson today, they will call later. I guess they need to talk to Samsung.

I doubt if there are still brand new units of this model.
I'm willing to add more cash to get a brand new unit of a different model.

May I know if they will apply the original price (31,000 pesos) ?
What is a good replacement model?

Samsung agreed to replace the panel. Since out of stock na panel. I opted for an upgrade.
I bought the UA55JU6400. They deducted the full amount of my original invoice. Free delivery. Another 2 years warranty
For delivery on friday, oct 2.
Very good customer service from Abenson and Samsung.

the 3" is significant. Pero go for 55". Bigger is always better in most cases.
