I really had a very bad experienced from Jaben Headphone shop in Singapore located at 1 Coleman Street#04-11 THE ADELPHI. Last July 29,2013 ,i bought a Grado GS1000i Brand new. Last September 2,2013, when i used the headphone the left side fell off. I was really disappointed because i just used the headphone five times. I'm not New in the Headphones, i have AKG 702 and Sennheiser HD 800. My friends and I ,when we double check the unit we found out it's not brand new. E-mail Jaben regarding this matter. Luckily i have a good friend will visit Singapore. I wrote this letter as a member of Pinoy DVD to share to you my sad story . As of now i'm wait for the result.
