I just saw the last episode, I can feel the frustration and it seems that something important in the story is going to unfold soon...

Hilarious opening scenes. Loved the fake bills payment ha ha ha. Toilet Buddy was a killer.

The best way to appreciate this series is to throw away everything we know from Breaking Bad and just go with it. Jimmy is interesting in his own humorously pathetic way.

BB cameos can make it more interesting but I also think it can survive on it's own.

Watch Mar 16 episode "Bingo." Brilliant. Jimmy is a smart man just didn't get the good breaks.

Halatang the accused's wife wanted the money above anything else. She was ok with thr husband being locked away for 30 years. But when Jimmy pointed out that she was participatory with the 30g bribe, she changed her tune.

Galing ng gimmick ni Mike to get the money.

It was placed back in the bundle of course. Mike used it so he can find the money. Akala ng mag-asawa nilaro ng mga anak nila ang pera.

Mike sprayed the money with luminol. That was transferred to the husband's hands. A UV flashlight quickly revealed where the money was hidden. Galing.

To save his lawyer friend and the couple he gave up his office and his friend... crying alone dahil sa sakit na nararamdaman and at the same time answering his phone with great enthusiasm hoping na this will be his longtime customer... :(

True. However what clinched his decision to turn in the couple was the 30g bribe that also needed to be accounted.

His choice was take the case to trial and lose or turn over the money and the husband.

In they end he decided to hit two birds with one stone. He's a good man. It's all good, man.

I admit, I was a bit skeptical when they announced a Breaking Bad spin off especially with Saul as the main protagonist. Now I am hooked. You really want to root for Jimmy.

How many episodes left? Hope to see more BB alums especially Gustavo Fring.

There are 3 more episodes left, as the first season order was for 10 episodes, while the 2nd season will have 13 episodes.

It's funny how each episode title ends with an "o"...

ep01 - Uno
ep02 - Mijo
ep03 - Nacho
ep04 - Hero
ep05 - Jello/Alpine Shepherd Boy
ep06 - Five-0
ep07 - Bingo

the remaining episodes to air:

ep08 - Rico (air date: Mar 23)
ep09 - Pimento (air date: Mar 30)
ep10 - Marco (air date: Apr 6)

The story so far is exciting enough I don't really mind if it doesn't reach Walter White time.

Noong una akala ko ganoon. I recall an old Saul Goodman and assumed it was post Heisenberg escape.

Pero I watched it again. He didn't look older than Jimmy. Mahaba lang mustache. Yung old commercials he was watching ambiguous kung before or after Heisenberg era. All it suggested was, it was post Jimmy and into Saul Goodman era.

The opening of Better Call Saul did indeed show what happened to Saul Goodman AFTER Breaking Bad and he was in hiding. I did read somewhere that the series may become concurrent with Breaking Bad so Walter and Jesse might be dropping by for a few episodes and it's possible that the series might even show more of Saul's life post-Breaking Bad.
