Topic: Need help about my order at amazon

Hello po guys. This is the first time i ordered from amazon.com. I ordered the dark knight trilogy bluray and a music cd using standard shipment. Now the estimated delivery is feb 21 but its already feb 23 and it still hasn't arrived yet. Should i do something or should i just keep waiting? Is the package delivered straight to my house? and one last question, why are some items from amazon not available for standard shipment only global priority shipment? thanks po guys.

If you had it shipped directly to manila. Its probably stuck at customs. You need to wait for the postal claim card. And be ready to be victim of extortion courtesy of the customs appraiser at your respective post office.

The estimate is usually far from the truth especially if it will come to our postal system. I ordered once a book via ship nor air and it took 4 months as compared to their 40 days. Lesson learned. Dont use the postal system.
