The problem is all of these are very subjective. Is KG worth a 2015 first round draft pick?

Three rule changes the PBA should consider
https://ph.sports.yahoo.com/blogs/the-underdog/three-rules-changes-the-pba-should-consider-061458791.html

Quote
1.    Edit the conduit system.
2.    Draft protection
3.    Strike off the obsolete Filipino-foreigner limitation

^ Proposals 1 and 2 can be summed up in four simple words "Remove All Farm Teams".

To be specific, remove AIR21 (done) and BARAKO BULL (a loooooooooong time coming).

As for the 3rd proposal, the Fil-Foreigner rule served its purpose well - back when there was a deluge of fake Fil-Ams in the PBA ....... actually, there are still a few very fake Fil-Foreigners still playing (ehem Asi, ehem Dorian).

However, since the number of teams have increased and indications are more will join soon (Hapee, SM, etc), then its probably time to review the rule.

“Let's get ready to rumble!”  :)

Buffer to watch PBA opening
http://philboxing.com/news/story-99759.html

Famous American ring announcer Michael Buffer is reportedly coming to the Philippines to watch the opening of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) on October 19 at the Philippine Arena.

Buffer is known for his already trademarked catchphrase, “Let's get ready to rumble!” and for pioneering a distinct announcing style in which he rolls certain letters and adds other inflections to a fighter's name,

The 70-year old Buffer is said to be excited about two things: the Philippine Arena and Manny Pacquiao.

The Philippine Arena is the Guinness World Record-setter for the largest mixed-use indoor theater. It can sit 55,000, has a basketball coliseum, a 20,000-seater football and track stadium, a sports center, an indoor aquatic and tennis center, a hotel and a 600-bed hospital.

Buffer is also looking forward to watch eight-division world boxing champion Manny Pacquiao play for newcomer Kia Motors. Buffer has been the ring announcer in several of the Pacman’s fights. He has been announcing all boxing matches promoted by Bob Arums Top Rank on ESPN since 1983.

“We invited him personally to my PBA debut. We didn’t get his confirmation yet. But we are preparing a huge impact entertainment on October 19,” said Pacquiao, who is the playing coach of Kia.

Jake Joson, one of the managers of Pacquiao, has prepared a blazing entertainment introduction for the Kia team. Kia hired internationally-acclaimed Director Gorio Vicuna to direct the event.

“Our audio visual presentation will be a hit. It is similar with Chicago Bulls’ and Michael Jordan’s AVPs,” added the excited Pacquiao.

The PBA will have the grandest opening ever this coming Sunday Oct 19 2014 at the Philippine Arena.
The excitement is in the air with Pacquiao parading, playing and endorsing for KIA, I'm sure not only the entire country but the world will also be excited to witness it online.
Btw, will KIA be playing on opening day? Sayang naman if hindi.
Any news how many games will be played after the opening ceremony?
Gee yoU aRe yoU!

^ Sayang pala ang assist, hehe.

What's funny is, Pacquiao is the smallest on his team, yet he plays SG ....... choosing to have another guard bring down the ball - parang gusto yata niya gayahin si Dudut na taga-tira lang at hindi nagagalaw ang buhok.  ;D
