You might have a hard time looking for someone who can repair it for you due to the fact that all WD Players are direct replacement if found defective.  That said, genuine WD parts are not locally officially available.

And the insides look like they weren't meant to be repairable.

FWIW when my first egreat started acting up (freezes or shuts down) 3 years ago I opened, operated it and found one chip so hot it's barely touchable so I mounted a small heatsink (originally there was none), after that it worked fine. Hanggang ngayon it still does its job in my secondary set, though it doesn't get as much duty as the newer NMT in my main.

Is there any authorized Popcorn Hour repair center?

I can't remember where did I purchased mine from as it's more than 4 years already. One of the USB ports is no longer working otherwise the unit is still in good working condition.

*Edited! Thanks for pointing that out!  :P

Hi Paul! If only one USB port is defective you can just use a USB hub to expand the working port.

Haha my bad lol! :D Currently I'm using the front USB port but it's kinda "unpleasant view" due to the exposed cable hehe. I usually leave the front empty & only used the USB port at the back where all cables are hidden. No choice now but use a USB hub for the time being. Thanks bro. :)
