These teams are organizations, they are business entities. A pathetic win-loss record doesn't mean your team is "basura". Team ownership means long term thinking. Cavs cursed LBJ left and right yet he decided to go back...they had to endure a 4year bad record but that doesn't make them "basura". On the Lakers front, maganda ang showing ni Clarkson sa debut game nya although they lost.  I think he'll make waves as a Laker.  A Fil-am then may kasama pa syan Asian -- LINSANITY!  Ayos ah.  Also Nick Young and Jordan Hill have re-signed for LA.  I would guess one more superstar will join LA,in the light of the LBJ coming home to Cleveland news.  Either Melo or Kevin Love...

I've always thought Lebron and Kyrie will team up.  Dreamed they will team up with the Lakers.  But I never saw this coming -- LBJ going back to Cleveland.  I think I still belong to the "old school" where loyalty is king.  But looking at the circumstances -- no DWade knees to back him up, Bosh still unsure at that time, no young players for Miami vs. a younger and athletic Cavs with #1 draft picks abound ( Kyrie, Wiggins ), I think it was no brainer decision for LBJ.  But then again, he belongs to the new "Google it up " generation.  I still belong to the long and winding road to success ( Beatles )    But LBJ is the best player in the world.  And I'm not .

That's a good pick up.  I recall yun problema ng Memphis during the playoffs were outside shooting and scoring in the clutch....which Cater both can provide.  Si Conley lagi go to guy nila.  I don't think he is built that way.

I became a Heat fan when LeBron joined the team, idagdag pa dun that their Coach (Spo) is considered to be Kababayan.

I hated the LAkers because of bwakaw Kobe, but when my other favorite player Steve Nash joined LAkers, I silently rooted for LAkers, you can review my old posts kung may nasabi akong masama sa LAkers, hindi ko nga magawa bumawi sa team na 'yun kahit most of the Miami Haters ay LAker fans.

As I've mentioned before, 3 or 4 seasons ago, I'm a player fan first, bago team fan. 

Miami will always have a special place in my heart, I've fought many asaran at pustahan for them and I will never forget that feeling when the Heat got their back-to-back championships with the Big 3, ang sarap ng pakiramdam.

Now I have 3 Teams to root for in the NBA, LAkers (as long as Nash is there), Heat and the Cavs. Good thing hindi ako sumunod sa uso dati ng sunugan ng jersey ni LeBron

Closest Ive seen you root for someone is kay  Larry Bird as celtics great. Thats it.

As for the Melo pitch, I did not see any specifics. Definitely did not see the Lala pitch youre referring to. What Ive read was about TWC executives being there as well as a certain producer and Tobey Maguire. The presentation was themed like the Matrix movie. But that is all I know. Kobe also mentioned in the presscon yung strengths ng Lakers org and wala naman talaga sila maooffer championship-wise as of now. How else do you entice stars to come? Eh di through other means of earning money. At least aware sila where they are at the moment. It is what is.

As for my knack for namecalling - it is what is as well. No way to change that unless I decide to change. Sa pang aasar, mas maganda para saken tirahan na ng todo. Really? I think denied hating Lebron but I dont remember I denied disliking/despising the Heat team. I think Ive despised them ever since Shaq and Wade era kasi dun nagsimula magyabang marami kong friends na Heat fans.

90% yung fans ng Heat dahilan kung bakit ayaw ko sakanila. 10% na lang yung kay Wade and Bosh.

Kawawa pala Houston dito.  They do not only lose Bosh, they lost Lin and Asik.  Then they have to overpay for Parsons.  They might even be worse roster-wise compared to last year.  Then they really didn't have to release Parsons from his rookie contract paying him less than $1 million.  Now if they match... retain Parsons at $15 million compared to less than $1M.

From a business standpoint yes, no one is happier than Dan Gilbert. But he had to swallow a lot of his own $h!t to pull this off. And this is more like redemption for him, like saying "See, I'm not a stupid NBA team owner after all"
