Nice trades by Miami and OKC. They'll be dangerous first round opponents in the playoffs.

I like OKC's move to get Kanter, that's definitely a boost on their frontline.

Another masterful move from Pat Riley landing Dragic.

OKC now has the 8th seed in the West.

Humaba ang game ng Clips-Spurs. Puro hack-a-Deandre. He attempted 28 fts!

Why would the Lakers trade for Dragic?  They could get him in the offseason when he hits free agency. They won't do a NY Knicks blunder when they were fleeced by Denver when they traded for Carmelo. NY could have gotten Melo during the offseason without giving up Galinari, Mozgov et al.

Because whoever trades for him (Dragic) will very likely get a verbal commitment from him, to re-sign during the offseason ...... moreso, if the team was one of the three teams that Dragic preferred - MIA, LAL & NYK.

==========================================================================

Have to agree with most beat writers, OKC had a great day ........ Reggie Jackson was sure as gone & Perkins has been "invisible" for a long time now, so get the most out of them, which they did.

PHX will now be hard-pressed to hold on to that 8th spot in the West ....... if PHX slips and OKC gets that 8th spot and face #1 GSW at the playoffs - my money's with OKC.

I was hoping that Dragic would either not get traded, or be traded to a team other than NY or MIA. Now, it looks like no Dragic for us.

Though, if you're Miami, do you really want to be paying Dragic, Wade and Bosh the kind of money they'll be getting?

I think they're worth it. Wade's on his last legs, but his legacy contract (2 yrs/30M) is not even that bad. The Dragic trade was executed by Riley for Wade to extend his title window. It's a worthwhile gamble.

And The 2016-17 salary cap is reportedly gonna balloon up to around $90M because of the new TV deal. The rise in cap space is gonna mitigate the risk of potentially signing Dragic to a max contract next year.

Their real issues:
1.) Whiteside is gonna be an UFA in 2016.
2.) Wala na silang masyadong draft pick.

^Confirmed na ba yan? I thought he was still being tested.

Quote
Erik Spoelstra on Bosh: "Everybody's jumping the gun. Frankly, there's not a full diagnosis."

Spoelstra on Bosh: "He’s seeing a couple more specialists today and we’ll have more information tonight or tomorrow."

Erik Spoelstra clearly bothered by "wild rumors" about Chris Bosh's health. Seems puzzled that media has a diagnosis when the doctors don't.

I hope he's OK
